Timothy L. Ruschin has been an attorney licensed to practice law in the the State of California for over 50 years and has more than 40 years of experience in the areas of Probate, Trust, Estate Planning and Conservatorship Law.  He is a graduate of Stanford University and University of San Francisco School of Law.  He has served as Chair of the Trusts and Estate Section of the Santa Clara Bar Association and Chair of Council on Aging, Santa Clara County.

Julie Ruschin Piedra received her bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego and her juris doctorate from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as University of California, Hastings College of the Law).  She has been an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California since 2004.  She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization.  She has served as Chair of both the Education and Executive Committees of the Trust and Estates Section of the Silicon Valley Bar Association. She is past president of the Silicon Valley Bar Association and is currently a member of their Board of Trustees.
