The Law Offices of Ruschin & Ruschin is a father-daughter legal team.

Timothy L. Ruschin has been practicing estate planning, trust, probate and conservatorship law out of his office in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose for more than 30 years.  In 2004, his daughter Julie Ruschin Piedra joined his practice.  

Together, they work to help individuals and families plan for the future, counsel those who are trying to help their elderly or developmentally disabled loved ones and stand up for and protect the rights of seniors.
